Overall, another good day. I didn't let myself get too hungry (aka weak) and I never overate. I never had the "I'm about to sin" and did it anyway. I did have plenty of moments where I wanted to eat just because (because I was tired or because I wished my husband was home or because the baby was sleeping and I was bored) but I never did.
This is progress.
It's 12:30 am and I am in desperate need of sleep. I just need to keep building on this progress, keep relying on Jesus. I am doing this.

So, though it almost seems like an insult to your intelligence, this is a feature of Foode Fight where I post my caloric intake and physical activities each day.
It's rather dull daily reading for most, so I won't clog up the main arteries with the day to day biz of what I consume :)
